The location here is beautiful, close to the center, the restaurant serves amazing food with excellent service, and having private parking is a great perk.

Unfortunately there is no wellness area/sauna.

The units are high-class, perfect little.

Great choice for a London stay! The rooms here are freshly renovated and really tidy, plus the bed is super comfy. 🛏️ You get a nice view and they even provide complimentary mineral water. The location is fantastic, in a charming area.

Compact, neat room with crisp linens, bath tub, for example, and welcoming stuff. Quick check in and exceptional service overall. Easy parking by the hotel.

The room was beautiful and the location top, just a few steps to Regent Street, New Bond Street, Soho and Oxford Street. Great breakfast with buffet and a la carte included. We had breakfast twice and had to wait a few minutes for a table..but it was no problem at all.

The gym is quite small but ok for a short while. The bathroom is a bit small and also the bathtub.

The service was very good. The room was well furnished with housekeeping to the best standard.- The staff were all helpful and so efficient.- The hotel was in a central setting.

Location's perfect. Bar's very nice. Very high quality equipment. Bathroom utensils are very good. Staff is courteous and has good humor, especially the native speaker. Good thing the water in the room is always renewed.

The heating system is insufficient. If you want it warm, it only goes via fan and that dries out the air in the room. There could be a free cookie with tea in the room.

This is the real anglo-american hotel. An american hotel for efficiency. An english hotel for its charm and for the elegance of the staff when treating a problem. Real class ! Moreover, two plus points : the location at the corner of Bond street and Conduit Street is a dream regarding the shopping, and the price, very moderate in one of the most expensive towns in the world ! The best choice you can make !

The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options. The room was spacious and newly renovated, with a very comfortable bed making it a peaceful retreat in the evenings. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the shopping paradise of London, with convenient access to both shopping centers and boutique stores.

Location was great for shopping and fine dining. Staff were very polite - an issue with my bill was resolved promptly. Rooms are small - especially the bathroom.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty food, and the location was perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby trendy shopping spots.

First room not up to 5 star standard, cramped and building work outside window, however changed immediately on request by very pleasant staff. Second room lovely.

View out of the window on a park of airco'S. Noisy airco in the room. A car with rests of food from another room stayed half a day and a night before our roomdoor. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. Probably because of end of may the room was more expensive and less worth its price.
